I’m Tatiana — nutritionist, not a food police officer
My work in nutrition started with a different question: what actually makes someone feel well, beyond simply eating less or following another set of rules? I began my career as a personal trainer, where I quickly realised that exercise was only one part of the picture. Many of the people I worked with were doing their best, yet still struggled with low energy, digestive issues, inconsistent habits, or a difficult relationship with food. I wanted to understand what was missing. That led me to study Nutrition at Birmingham City University in the UK, followed by practical experience in the UK and abroad, where I was able to deepen my understanding of nutrition in a clinical and real-world setting. Today, I take an individual, evidence-informed approach to create a strategy that is realistic, personal, and sustainable. Because nutrition should not make your life smaller. It should help you feel better in it.
If a plan only works in a perfect week, it isn’t a plan. Your protocol has to survive travel, deadlines and the occasional birthday cake — or it will fail exactly when you need it most.
