When you send the booking form or subscribe to the newsletter, we keep what you give us: your name, your email, and whatever you write in the message — including anything you choose to tell me about your health, like bloating, energy or weight. I keep it so I can read it properly and reply to you, and so I know which language to write back in. It is never sold, and it is never used to advertise at you.

A few outside services handle that information for us, and each one only sees what it needs. Supabase stores enquiries and newsletter sign-ups in our database. Resend sends the email that tells me you have written. Stripe takes the payment if you buy an e-book — your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us. If you chat with Tatiana AI, what you type is sent to Groq, an AI company in the United States, so it can find you a recipe; nothing from that chat is saved to your name, but please don't type anything into it you would not want leaving the country. Vercel hosts the site and gives us simple, anonymous visitor counts — no profiles, no advertising trackers. Some of these companies are based outside the UK and the EU.

The only cookie this site sets is a small one that remembers which language you chose, so you land in it next time.

We keep what you send until you ask us to remove it. Email us at any time and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — whichever you'd rather, and you don't need to give a reason. Every newsletter also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which takes you off the list straight away.

Bookings & cancellations

The 15-minute discovery call is free with no obligation. Paid consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge; later cancellations may be charged in full.

Digital products

The e-book and guides are delivered digitally and, by their nature, can't be returned once downloaded. If something's wrong with your order, email and we'll put it right.
